Payment Terms and Conditions

We thank you for choosing Sakura Private Guides.

Please read the following information and steps carefully before proceeding with your payment.

We accept online payment with credit cards which is the safest and secure method of payment. (PayPal, VISA, Master etc.) We also accept bank to bank SWIFT transfer. Payment can be made in USD, or equivalent EUR or JPY.

You are requested to make a non-refundable 20 % deposit of the total tour cost within 5 days of booking confirmation. Final payment is required no later than 14 days prior to the date of your tour or can be paid in cash at the start/end of your tour.

You are free to change your mind at any time during the tour, because this is your private tour. We may ask you to pay for the additional fees in cash due to itinerary changes.

If you are ready to book our tours, please have your booking confirmation slip with reservation numbers ready. When you make an online payment, kindly input your name and the tour fees correctly.
